Terra Vista is a small, tightly-knit community of only one-hundred and sixty-seven homes. Of these homes, there are three building styles to choose from. There are eleven single-family homes, thirty-two attached villas, and one-hundred and twenty-four condominiums. Homes in Terra Vista were built by both highly-preferred and reputable builders, Kimball Hill Homes and D.R. Horton. A majority of residents have the pleasure of looking out from their back porch and seeing either lush, undisturbed natural preserves or overlooking one of the four pristine lakes within the community. Amenities included in this quaint community include a clubhouse overlooking the glistening lake with automatic water fountains. Within the clubhouse, there is are several multi-purpose rooms that may be reserved for business meetings, social gatherings, or just playing cards and other games with friends and family. As you venture out from the clubhouse, you will find a community swimming pool with an oversized sundeck and heated spa. The Koreshan State Historic Site offers several activities including fishing, picnicking next to the children’s playground area, canoeing, kayaking, and geo-seeking activities. You can also partake in campfire circles, use of the boat ramp, wildlife viewing, walking your animals, the parks interpretive exhibits, and one of the several tours.
We implore you, that once you have settled in your new home, to head out and explore the city of Estero. There is an never-ending list of possibilities, with only your imagination limiting you, of things to do, places to be, and events to attend throughout the city. You may find yourself lost in one of the following high-end shopping destinations: The Waterside Shops, Coastland Center Mall, Mercato, Miromar Outlets, Fifth Avenue, Third Street Districtand Coconut Point Mall. Interstate 75 is just minutes away and assist you and your family in getting you to and from where you need to be just that much quicker, whether it be just out to eat, or heading to the Southwest Florida Regional Airport to catch a flight.
